Ordinal Numbers
Ordinal Numbers are used to signify what order things go in, or what order things happen in. Ordinal numbers follow concordancia and agree in number and gender with the nouns they modify.
The ordinal numbers in Spanish are:

Cuarto(a) (Fourth)
Quinto(a) (Fifth)
Sexto(a) (Sixth)
Séptimo(a) (Seventh)

The one thing to remember about Ordinal Numbers in Spanish is that Primero and Tercero are shortened to Primer and Tercer before masculine singular nouns.
